a)

 
The daily rate is for maximum 24 hours, half day (max. 6h) is 60% of one day. Additional hours are 15% of daily rate per hour.
 

b)

The rental rate includes unlimited milage, petrol is on charge of customer. Car is rented out and returned with full petrol tank.
 

c)

Full Comprehensive Insurance ( includes Collision Damage Waiver and fully covering 3rd Party Liability ) can be provided at an additional rate of 10% of the rental rate ( recommended ). Renter's own risk in every accident is € 100,-.
 

d)

Customer must be able to show a valid International / ASEAN driver's Licence.
 

e)

The complete rental payment is to be done at beginning of rental, and an additional deposit of € 100,- or equivalent be left with the owner.
 

f)

Payment can be done in Cash, Traveler's Cheques or Credit Cards (AX,VS,MC).
 

g)

By prior arrangement cars can be taken outside the island of Bali.
 

h)

Delays of return of the car due to road conditions (including landslides and delays at ferriboats) or bad weather, are liability of the customer and considered as extensions of the rental period.
 

i)

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before start of booked rental period, or if car is returned prior to date agreed upon in rental agreement, one day cancellation-fee will be charged on top of actual period of use. Other payment will be refunded. In case of extension, further discounts can only be granted for the additional days.
 

j)

A driver for daily trips (max. 10 hours) is available at € 10,- per day (driver pays his own meals), for several day trips at € 20,- per 24 hours (driver pays his own meals and accommodation).
 

k)

If a car is returned in Yogya (Central Java) or v.v., an extra charge of € 150,- is to be paid to return the car to Bali.
